Members of the
Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD) attended the annual
international conference which was held by the American Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) during the period of 12-22 of March, 2018.
The
conference included various sessions and workshops related to capital market
violation subjects, such as; financial fraud, investigating/prosecuting
violation of disclosure and brokers, working together with public prosecution
to enforce criminal laws, market surveillance, modern methods for market
control, applied systems in the surveillance functions.
