​​The Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD) announces the issuance of its decision No. (1081/L/D1/2012 G. for the year 1433 H.) dated 23/11/1433 H. corresponding to 9/10/2012 G., in the lawsuit that relates to a dispute between a broker at the Exchange and an investor ruling as follows:

First: Mohamed Omeir Ghanem Al oteibi “defendant", holder of I.D. number (1013390685) is obliged to return to Al Rajhi Financial Company “plaintiff" the amount of (SR. 558,375.70) five hundred fifty eight thousand three hundred seventy five riyals and seventy halalas representing the profits of Chemical and Savola companies that were deposited in his account.

Second: To reject other claims.

Since it was not possible to locate the address of the above defendant, it was decided to notify him on the decision issued against him by publishing the same in the Official Gazette. The defendant may object to the decision within thirty days from the date of publication of this Announcement. If no objection during this period was filed, the decision shall be deemed final.
