An Announcement from the General Secretariat of Committees for Resolution of Securities Disputes Regarding the Issuance of the Committee's Decision to Accept the Class Action Suit Filed by an Investor against the Individuals Responsible for the Violations

Further to the announcement of the General Secretariat of Committees for Resolution of Securities Disputes (GS-CRSD) on 14/06/1440 H corresponding to 19/02/2019G, regarding the issuance of the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD) decision No. (1/L/D1/C/2019) of the year 1440 H dated 29/05/1440 H, corresponding to 04/02/2019G, which concluded with the acceptance of the request to register a class action suit filed by an investor against the members of the board of directors of Mohammad Al-Mojil Group Company (the Company) during its IPO stage, as well as against some of its senior executives and auditors referred to in the first announcement, and that any person who had subscribed in or purchased the shares of the Company prior to publishing its first financial statements on the Exchange on 12/07/2008, and who incurred damages by these violations, has the right to submit a request to the CRSD to join the class action suit referred to above.

The GS-CRSD announces the issuance of the CRSD decision No. (2/L/D1/C/2019) of the year 1440 H dated 24/07/1440 H, corresponding to 31/03/2019G, concluded with the approval to accept the class action suit referred to above, after the number of joining requests that share the same legal bases, merits and subject matter of the claims has reached the specified threshold to issue an approval of the class action suit.

Moreover, in accordance with Article (52) of the Resolution of Securities Disputes Proceedings Regulations, any person who has subscribed to or bought shares of the Company prior to the publication of its first financial statements on the Exchange on 12/07/2008G and who incurred damages by such violations has the right to submit an application for joining the above mentioned class actions suit to the Committee within (90) days from 14/06/1440 H, corresponding to 19/02/2019G, and the Committee shall study such application in line with the legal procedures, provided that the submission of the application is through the Capital Market Authority, via the following link: https://ibusiness.cma.org.sa/ar/ic/pages/collectivecomplaint.aspx
